Weiden & Kennedy

I was commissioned to make 5  “green pieces” for a meeting in Weiden and Kennedy’s conference room last week. The pieces will live on the Starbucks and Target work table after the meeting. I had spent the previous week on vacation in Manzanita and went on daily collecting trips to the beach. I paid the kids .50 cents for unusual, textural and natural beach items, and we spent hours happily combing the beach. You’ll see bright green pine cones, perfectly silvered driftwood and large pieces of black lichen from our treasure hunts. I love the mix of forest moss, tillandsias and succulents with the silvered driftwood and peacock feathers. Enjoy!!
